Requirements

 

Vaccinations: All dogs must have a current Rabies vaccination.

Fleas: If fleas are found on your pet, I will not be able to complete the grooming session. Additional fees may apply if I need to bomb and clean my van.

Excessive Matting:

 

If a coat is excessively matted, I may need to charge extra if additional time and conditioning products are needed to remove the matts. 

 

Payment:

 

Payment is due at time of service. I accept Cash, Check, Venmo, and Credit Card (+3%). For safety purposes, I do not carry cash on hand and cannot accommodate making change. Bounced checks will incur a fee of $30 plus any bank fees. 

 

Cancellation:

 

On rare occasions, I may need to cancel your appointment due to equipment failure, weather, illness, etc. Every effort will be made to contact the client in advance to reschedule.

 

If clients are unable to keep their appointment, please consider giving entry access or having a family member there for the appointment. If cancellation is inevitable, please kindly notify me via text, email, or phone call as soon as possible.

No show:

 

No call / no show appointments will incur a $50 fee. I will wait 15 minutes before considering the appointment a no call / no show.
